From May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, applies in Poland.

OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the acceptance of the conditions expressed in the process of subscribing to the newsletter or completing the contact form on the website of our company (agilero.pl) and the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator. Legitimate interest of the Administrator consists in the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing of its own products and services.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE DURATION OF THEIR STORAGE
The personal data obtained are stored until an objection is raised by the data subject. The data is transferred to our trusted subcontractor for data analysis using the Google Analytics tool.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data. Providing personal data is not mandatory, but it is a necessary condition for receiving marketing and commercial information from Agilero sp. z o. o.
