Agilero WES is a proprietary solution for the Warehouse Execution System. This software works by analogy to the WMS class system. It supports barcodes and 2D codes, but does not have its own database – instead, it uses the ERP database in full. It is a “process overlay” on the superior ERP system. INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY AGILERO SP. Z O.O.

From May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, applies in Poland.

Therefore, Agilero Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Kraków presents the following information regarding the processing of your personal data.

PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR

The administrator of your personal data provided in the contact form and/or the newsletter subscription form on the website of our company (agilero.pl) is Agilero sp. z o.o., ul. Ostatnia 1c, 31-444 Kraków (hereinafter, the “Administrator”).

OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the acceptance of the conditions expressed in the process of subscribing to the newsletter or completing the contact form on the website of our company (agilero.pl) and the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator. Legitimate interest of the Administrator consists in the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing of its own products and services.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE DURATION OF THEIR STORAGE

The personal data obtained are stored until an objection is raised by the data subject. The data is transferred to our trusted subcontractor for data analysis using the Google Analytics tool.

RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to access your data, and to rectify, delete, or limit their processing, to object to their processing, as well as to request the transfer of your data to another administrator in accordance with applicable regulations. Each data subject has the right to object at any time – for reasons related to their particular situation – to the processing of personal data concerning them, in cases where the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator. In order to exercise the above rights, an appropriate message should be sent to the Administrator by e-mail to biuro@agilero.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data. Providing personal data is not mandatory, but it is a necessary condition for receiving marketing and commercial information from Agilero sp. z o. o.
