Need/Challenge
The global operation of Nowy Styl Group creates a constant need to centralize management, and to integrate business and processes. In these circumstances, the system for managing warehouse processes and production logistics must be considerably versatile and flexible, and offer development opportunities in accordance with the growing needs of the company – opening new plants, expanding the volume, and diversifying the product range. The main criterion for implementing the system that automates processes in Nowy Styl Group was to guarantee the operational safety of production plants, and to increase the efficiency and reliability of individual warehouse and production processes. The flexibility of the solution allowed for a gradual increase in the number of automated processes, starting from the factory and production warehouses in Jasło, and progressing to other production plants in Europe.
