Agilero company has over 15 years of history, created by team of logistics and IT engineers. Our key competences are related to technology and advanced IT systems of the WMS and WES grade as well as dedicated IT solutions for logistics. Their essential part is logistics and consulting competence. They allow us to understand our Client’s business and optimize processes pertaining to warehouse and production logistics. OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the acceptance of the conditions expressed in the process of subscribing to the newsletter or completing the contact form on the website of our company (agilero.pl) and the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator. Legitimate interest of the Administrator consists in the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing of its own products and services.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE DURATION OF THEIR STORAGE

The personal data obtained are stored until an objection is raised by the data subject. The data is transferred to our trusted subcontractor for data analysis using the Google Analytics tool.

RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to access your data, and to rectify, delete, or limit their processing, to object to their processing, as well as to request the transfer of your data to another administrator in accordance with applicable regulations. Each data subject has the right to object at any time – for reasons related to their particular situation – to the processing of personal data concerning them, in cases where the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data.
