Need / Challenge

Due to the planned increase in sales and expanding the chain of proprietary stores, the management of iSpot decided to implement the WMS system. The change in the particulars of the business, and the increase in the number of product range significantly impacted the requirements for the company’s warehouse logistics. Before the implementation of the WMS system, the iSpot management wanted to review and evaluate the processes and work organization of the warehouse in order to:

  • increase the efficiency of processes
  • eliminate bottlenecks
  • model target process flows

The primary goal of iSpot was to define recommendations for changes in the area of warehouse operation, and to define target functional and non- functional requirements to be implemented in the WMS system.

In the next stage, the Client expected the automation of warehouse logistics processes through the application of the Agilero WMS system integrated with the ERP – the Enova, operating within the company.
