Agilero has been supporting the Apteka Zawiszy since 2020.

Need/Challenge

Due to the projected increase in sales and the expansion of warehouse facilities, Apteka Zawiszy needed support in scaling warehouse logistics. It was essential to build a technological and process concept for servicing the new warehouse, and to support the functioning of that warehouse with the WMS system. An important challenge was also to build such architecture of IT systems in the company that would simplify the flow of information and documents between the warehouse and the purchasing and sales departments. The purpose of introducing changes in the warehouse logistics of Apteka Zawiszy was to enable the handling of growing sales volumes.

OBJECTIVES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the acceptance of the conditions expressed in the process of subscribing to the newsletter or completing the contact form on the website of our company (agilero.pl) and the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator. Legitimate interest of the Administrator consists in the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing of its own products and services.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE DURATION OF THEIR STORAGE

The personal data obtained are stored until an objection is raised by the data subject. The data is transferred to our trusted subcontractor for data analysis using the Google Analytics tool.

You have the right to access your data, and to rectify, delete, or limit their processing, to object to their processing, as well as to request the transfer of your data to another administrator in accordance with applicable regulations. Providing personal data is not mandatory, but it is a necessary condition for receiving marketing and commercial information from Agilero sp. z o. o.
